As part of our referral process we offer the following:

  • Your patient will be contacted within 24 hours of receiving the referral
  • Only the requested treatment will be provided
  • On completion of consultation and/or treatment, a detailed report will be sent to the referring dentist and patient
  • Recommendations for future care will always be provided
  • All patients will be referred back to their dentist upon the completion of consultation and/or treatment
  • Support will be provided promptly. Any question that you may have will be answered
  • Any fees that are incurred towards your referral will be refunded
  • As a referring colleague, you will be invited to our regular study clubs and hands-on courses where you can collect free CPD
